We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Because Naturloom products include natural fabrics, handmade details, prewashed textiles, and small batch production, minor variations may occur.
Variations may include differences in:
• Color tone
• Muslin texture
• Weave appearance
• Handmade crochet or embroidered details
• Fringe length
• Stitching
• Finished measurements
• Fabric shrinkage after laundering
These natural and handmade variations are not necessarily defects.
Colors may also appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, and the device used to view the website. We cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.
Product dimensions are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, set contents, care instructions, and available options before placing an order.
4. Product Certifications and Materials
Certification statements apply only to the products expressly identified as certified.
Naturloom organic muslin products identified as GOTS certified are made using certified organic cotton materials according to the certification information applicable to those products.
Naturloom Turkish towels identified as OEKO TEX certified are offered according to the certification information applicable to those products.
A certification applying to one product category should not be interpreted as applying automatically to every Naturloom product.
5. Prices and Availability
Product prices, discounts, promotions, descriptions, and availability may change without notice.
All prices are displayed in the currency selected for the applicable market. Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable costs are shown at checkout when required.
Products may be available only online and may have limited quantities. Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.
We may discontinue a product, color, size, or option at any time. Offers are void where prohibited by law.
6. Orders and Payment
You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
We may limit, hold, reject, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary. Reasons may include:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Improper washing, drying, bleaching, use of fabric softener, exposure to excessive heat, or use contrary to provided instructions may affect fabric texture, absorbency, dimensions, color, or product life.
Baby and children’s products must be used appropriately for the child’s age and circumstances. Adults are responsible for following applicable safe sleep guidance and supervising product use when required. Product styling photographs may contain decorative items that are not included with the purchase and may not represent a recommended unsupervised sleep arrangement.

We do not control every third party service and cannot guarantee its continued availability, security, accuracy, or performance.
